This page explains what data Velasincro collects and how it's used.
When you create an account, we collect your name, business name, and email address. Once you connect your WhatsApp number, we also process customer messages, message metadata, and appointment details needed to schedule appointments.
Your account details are used to run your Velasincro account and contact you about it. Customer messages are processed to understand appointment requests and automatically schedule them.
We use Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive messages, and OpenAI's API to understand what a customer is asking for. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Our exact retention periods for messages and appointment data are not yet finalized — contact us if you have questions about a specific case.
